Elizabeth/ Bwindi Impenetrable and Lake Bunyonyi 11nights/12days
Day 1:
Arrival at Entebbe International Airport. Meet your local
smiling shoebill guide. Orientation featuring a garden walk
with various monkey and bird species. Enjoy the magnificent
scenery of lake Victoria. Dinner and overnight at Imperial
Botanical Gardens Hotel.
Day 2:
After break fast transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
located in the southwestern countryside. Stop over at the
equator for snap shots of a lifetime. Have a chance to be
in the South and Northern hemispheres at the same time. Enjoy
the green along the route plus the famous Ankole long horned
cattle enroute. Stop over at Agip Motel for lunch. Evening
game drive. Dinner and overnight at Mweya safari lodge.

Day 3:
After a cup of tea or coffee at 6:00am take a game drive to
the vast park for any chances of the early hunting cats, herds
of elephants, antelopes, buffalos and many more. You return
to the hotel for a full breakfast at 9:00am. Free time, after
lunch go for the launch cruise on the famous Kazinga channel
where you get to see the schools of Hippos, buffalos and a
variety of beautiful water bird species like jacanas, fish
eagles, Shoebill and pelicans along the channel. Yes get to
see the feared crocodiles as they sun bath away. Evening free
or you may swim at the luxurious swimming pool. Dinner and
overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge.
Day 4:
After breakfast, go for chimp tracking in Kyambura gorge and
catch up with the chimps as they toss about the vegetation.
Return to the lodge for lunch and visit Katwe salt works in
the evening. Dinner and overnight Mweya Safari Lodge.

Day 5:
Transfer Southwards to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National
Park through the southern sector of Queen Elizabeth
N.P in Ishasha where there are chances of seeing the
tree-climbing lions. Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National
Park is home to the forest giants that are cousins to
human beings, the gorillas. This Impenetrable Forest
is still one of the best virgin tropical rain forests
in East Africa. Keen birders will love this sport too.
Dinner and overnight at Mantana tented Camp.
Day 6:
After breakfast, briefing, gorilla tracking and if time allows,
evening community walk. Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National
Park is the home to the forest giants that are cousins to
human beings, the gorillas. This Impenetrable Forest is still
one of the best virgin tropical rain forests in East Africa.
Dinner and overnight at Mantana tented camp.

Day7:
Morning walk to the waterfalls trail, which will take us three
hours. Catch up with various bird species and monkeys along
the trail. Return to the camp for lunch. Evening free. Dinner
and overnight at Mantana tented camp.
Day 8:
After breakfast travel eastwards through the terraced mountains
of Kabale otherwise know as the “little Switzerland
of Africa” Lake Bunyonyi. Dinner and overnight at Bushara
Island.
Day 9:
Lake Bunyonyi has private 16-hectare island within a multitude
of exotic bird species located on rare swimmable lake. After
breakfast canoe ride, sport various bird species along the
lake. Return to the Bushara for lunch. Afternoon visit to
the Batwa local community, enjoy the local entertainers. Dinner
and overnight at Bushara Island.
Day 10:
After breakfast hiking on Bushara trail along the lakeshores,
return to the hotel, relax. Afternoon nature walk or bird
watching if you are interested.
Dinner and overnight at Bushara Island.

Day 11:
After breakfast transfer back to Kampala stop over for Lunch
in Mbarara Agip Motel. If still energetic visit Ndele cultural
center for all Ugandan local entertainers.
Dinner and overnight at Botanical Gardens Hotel.
