We had a wonderful time. Richard is knowledgeable and has a very nice personality. Uganda is a beautiful country and we enjoyed the animals, the landscape and the people. 
The people were friendly, accommodating, soft-spoken and very sweet. My grandson, Ryan enjoyed every minute of it. He loved the Safari, cruise down the canal, he had a terrific experience.

The trip was an amazing experience and you were partly responsible for this. It was such a pleasure having you with us. Not only were you most knowledgeable but so patient and helpful. You seem to have a very good disposition (of course I don't live with you, but I bet your family would agree with me). Your welcoming me back made me feel so good.
